return it, with exception to merchandise marked  "on sale." **

  • If a customer receives the furniture and signs off that it is in good condition, but then decides that the
    furniture does not work, one can return it.  A call to customer within 24 hours is our policy, and there is a $
    35.00 per box restocking fee, plus it is the responsibility of the customer to pay return freight.  The furniture
    must be in the original box(es), and in "new condition."

  • Your credit card will be credited, after freight and restocking is deducted, and furniture is inspected.  

  • The customer must contact our customer service department within 24 hours of delivery of receipt of the
    furniture or decor item.

  • If the merchandise arrives damaged, we have insurance to pay the return shipping. For the insurance to pay,
    there are some requirements for a claim to pay successfully.  The customer is responsible for thoroughly
    inspecting the furniture inside the box before signing off on the delivery receipt,  must call our customer
    service within 24 hours, take photos of damage and we'll make arrangements to have the items picked up.
           Again, the furniture must be returned in the original box, cushions inside of plastic bags.  Thank you.

  •  ** Furniture that is listed as on sale and ending in $.99 is sold as  "final sale and is not returnable."  This is
    due to the end of season, or perhaps discontinued merchandise.  Some exceptions are made, depending on
